Employees
In the individual employee, please ensure the following has been configured:
- Info Tab
- Employee is set to active
- Login Tab
- Employee has their User Login Enabled
- Employee has a Username entered
- Employee has a Password entered (reset it if unsure)
- Mobile Tab
- At least one item MUST be selected
Contractors
In the individual contractor, please ensure the following has been configured:
- Info Tab
- Contractor is set to active
- Login Tab
- Contractor has their User Login Enabled
- Contractor has a Username entered
- Contractor has a Password entered (reset it if unsure)
- Mobile Tab
- At least one item MUST be selected
