Can’t see schedule simPRO Jobs?

If you cannot see scheduled simPRO jobs on the app, there are 3 ways to troubleshoot:

Field Flow Mobile App

Tap the profile menu, which is located on the top right corner (phone) or bottom left corner (tablet)

Tap on Sync Schedules

Tap on Sync Schedules button

Note: This option will only sync the last 2 weeks. If your schedule is outside that period, please try one of the below options.

Remote Flow Dashboard

If the logged in user has the access, go to Timeflow > Timesheets > Integrations

Tap on the simPRO Schedules tab

Select the date

(Optional) select the Team and/or Employee

Click Sync Schedules

simPRO Enterprise

In the simPRO schedules page, locate the schedule.

Drag the schedule forwards 15 minutes and wait for the update animation to finish.

Drag the schedule back to the original timeslot and wait for the update animation to finish.
