Cannot Clock Out (after being Clocked In)

If the mobile user cannot Clock Out after being Clocked In, ask them the following steps:

  • Refresh the app by completely closing / opening the app
    • The user MUST flick off and close the app, not put the app in the background
  • Ask if the user is using Wifi or Mobile data – turn off Wifi (for testing purposes)
  • Ask the user to log off and log on again
