If you cannot see a particular Staff (Employee or Contractor) member when on a certain page / section, it’s usually due to the Staff member not being a member of the team.
Team Dashboard access
If you have Team dashboard access, you can manage the team members by:
- Navigate to Databank / Teams
- Click on the specific team
- Go to the Employees or Contractors tab
- Select the missing Employee or Contractor
Employee / Contractor Dashboard access
Alternatively, if you have Employee or Contractor dashboard access, you can manage team membership by:
- Navigate to Databank / Employees or Databank / Contractors
- Click on the specific Employee or Contractor
- Click on the Teams tab
- Select the relevant Team(s)
- Click Update
(Optional) – Payroll Teams
This is only available to people who have Employee / Contractor dashboard access
If the missing staff member is related to Payroll or Timesheet approvals, then you need to edit the Employee or Contractor.
Navigate to Databank / Employees or Databank / Contractors
- Click on the specific Employee or Contractor
- Click on the Settings tab
- Select the Timesheet / Payroll Team
- A staff member can only belong to one team!
- Click Update
No Team or Employee / Contractor dashboard access
If you do not have access to Teams, Employees or Contractors, then you will need to request that the missing staff member can access the team.
